Looks like the days not going to get any better time to drown and numb the feelings away

Looks like i maybe launching a new little online project within the next couple of weeks, ever since i killed EuroCSS.NET i’ve not really done any web projects outside of my stuff for work.

But randomly about 2 weeks ago i started hunting for domains and stumbled upon Gamer-Gear or [GG] as i have started to call it

I’m not 100% sure what i will be doing with this domain but im thinking of creating a Video Review site for gaming peripherals and maybe a little bit of a gaming blog/new feed? who knows??

I’m hoping to be able to host my videos on Stage6 as they offer the best quality videos i’ve seen online.

I’ve yet to get started on this, but i am really excited at what this site “COULD” become if i just put some effort into it…

What have you gotta do when you move into your new apartment only to find that you old TV looks tiny in your new front room?

You buy a new TV of course!

This is the SONY 50″ E2010 which is picked up from Comet for £720 as it was ex-display, yes i know its Rear Projection but i like it

Its HD enabled but only to 720p which is fine to me tbh as what HD content is there atm for free? None!

So i am now also building a MediaPC to go with it one thats HDMI enabled!!

So i bought the following:

I have a couple of Hard Drives that i have put in this myself, so that cut costs a lot.

But im sure you will agree thats a crazy spec Media PC for the price + full HDMI!

I will get some pics of this when i rebuild it later this week as i killed the motherboards bios on Friday and am waiting on a new one from Abit.

About 2 years ago I released a kewl little WordPress Plugin called Simpsons Quotes, it was quite a popular little plugin the even found its way on to Digg which at the time i didnt really know too much about as im not into the whole Social Bloggin side of the web

Anyway Claire was messing about with Facebook as she normally does on a Sunday afternoon when she stumbled apon a funny little app called “Simpson Quotes” which just so happened to look just like my version of the same plugin i laid to rest a long time ago.

So it would seem my popular idea is even more sought after in 2007 with the whole spy on your friends and foes nature of Facebook.

Yep, that dirty expensive habit of mine has finally been put to a end!

Well so far it has as its been almost 3 days since I’ve had a cig and about a week since i decided that i was going to cut down and quit.

Im hoping i can manage it, but this weekend will be the test as the lads are having a bootcamp for the CGS stuff that we are involved in atm and i have no idea how i am going to handle not having a cig during a weekend of gaming!

Stumble upon one of my cousin Andrews short films on YouTube over the weekend, really nice little piece of work by him.

Little Lilly is a unique series of short films from Keychain Productions. The opening chapter to Little Lilly — ‘Colour Blind’ can be seen here. But this is just the beginning of Lilly’s adventures.

It would seem he is moving more into directing now, good on him!

Yep the move was this weekend and went really well, we managed to get everything to the new apartment in two trips thanks to so good packing and forward thinking from dale

Moving tip

Wrap all your flat pack items in cleenfilm for easy movement of multiple parts.

The new place is great and i still cant get over the views, its just too nice to be able to look out your window(s) and see trees everywhere

Just awaiting on Be* to sort out my ADSL line now and i will be 100% moved in, lack of net access at home is really starting to drive me crazy!

Its one of them days today, I’m sat at working trying to concentrate on one of my main projects for work but i just feel like blah…

I can’t seem to get my head into gear and get on with things, times dragging like a bitch and my mind is elsewhere.

The big house move is in 9 days and i want to get it out of the way, but the more i think about the slower the day seems to pass by.

Yep end of this month me and Claire will be moving again, this time we are looking at moving towards Bingley which is about 15mins away from Bradford.

We have a nice little apartment right by the locks which should be nice during the summer, i’m really looking forward to the cut down in my commute to work everyday though as it should only take me around 10 - 15mins to get work now instead of the 40 - 50mins it does now.

Fingers crossed we will be in the new place by the 26th!
